synergy global international

Update: The most recent blog post I wrote about Synergy Global International is here.

Now what the f0ck is that? haha watch and learn… =)

Thanks for someone (name omitted) for telling me its a scam. I am supposed to be cramming on my comparc test when this came up… oh well.. might as well have fun. ^_^

What I have learned in this conversation…

  • synergy global international is a scam… please be warned…
  • there is no such company when searched in google. and its supposed to be a US based multi national company?
  • Oh come on! you can get 15k-20k just by selling cosmetics at home? (THE BEST!)
  • What is the relationship of francising and distribution to referring people?
  • some people are just too plain nice.. offering oppurtunities to people they haven’t even known as their form of greetings

    1. uubusin nila oras mo by deceiving you into going into a business seminar/project presentation/whatever-sweet-thing pero sa totoo lang yayayain ka lang. Deception!

    2. pag andun ka na…magyayabang sila about how much they get and how they are above the entire human society. (One perosn even said, “I don’t care what you say, I earn more than your father does”) Deception!

    3. pag sumali ka, you will have to carry on the deception. Deception!

    4. it’s all deception, after all.

Hi everyone. Allen’s post was very interesting. I have a friend who works for the company Synergy Global International. I had the same questions like, what’s the company’s name, what does the company do etc. My friend, however, kept on insisting that I attend a meeting with her and her bosses. She even mentioned that I was a good candidate for the position. Seems to me then that she (my friend) holds a high position to offer me a meeting with her executives. I was very nice and appreciative to her, but it kind of ticked me off when she insisted for the meeting rather than just answering my basic questions. I even clarified that I wasn’t really asking for detailed description about the projects, I was only asking for a corporate background. I told her that I have a lot of options I’m now considering and I’m willing to spend time on things I have my eye with. I would not want ending up wasting her time and my time as well so I would really appreciate that she would tell me what I needed to know. In real life, you don’t just go out and attend interviews without knowing your target. Suddenly it hit me. This must be a networking company. So, realizing that she is not going to answer my questions, I told her that I appreciate her help and consideration but I just wouldn’t spend time on things I’m not sure if I would even consider. That’s a waste of time and effort.

No offense to networking companies but, last time I checked, people there sounded so desperate and nuts about getting rich. It’s like they were brainwashed or something. Not that there’s anything wrong about earning well, but there’s something really wrong with their inspiration. I was with my bestfriend when she got invited to a business meeting by one of her other friends. When we got there, there were a lot of people and a presentation was about to start. People kept on approaching us talking about how they wanted to achieve their goals (to be rich). After the 30-minute audio visual presentation of nothing-but-desperation to get rich, a speaker came up to inspire the attendees. And I couldn’t believe what he talked about. He talked about his inspiration (getting rich) and how he did his little schemes when he was just a boy, how he deceived people just to get money from them, and how he do not recognize people who doesn’t help him with achieving his goal (to get rich). Until he found the company (omitted companies name). Then his story was even followed by his obsession to get rich. He even came to a point of saying “I don’t care about what others will say. Those people are penniless and so their words are without merit to me.” It sounded so annoying and evil.To cut it short, my bestfriend and I turned down her friend and everyone who approached and tried to win us.

You get money not because the product is really selling, rather because the product is being sold to aspiring members (which is compulsary) so that these new members of the company could recruit other people to become their own down-line members to whom they could sell the same products and be like them.

Personally, I go for what I’m passionate about. I know who I am. I do what I want. I do what I am best at. I’m happy with what I get and everything that will follow is a bonus. This is the secret formula of the successful people in the world. Doing only what they are passionate about, doing it great and ending up successful. This is the right inspiration.

No, its definitely not Synergy Global whatever. I am looking for 4 peons who thinks they are so good in DotA. They get to be my “teammates” and share the glory in my tournament victories. Of course, they also get a share with my tournamently earnings (a.k.a. “Prize Money”)

I will only accept the first four beautiful babes who accepts this Heavenly proposal of DarKNess. *guffaw*

  17. 19 the CEO November 5, 2007 at 8:04 pm

girl who are you to say that its a scam?
let nme see, i believe you are a person na sa computer lang umiikot ang buhay? duh!
Definitely, you are not from DLSU, UP, or Ateneo!
if you are, well, you are a disgrace. I suggest wag mo nang aminin if ever andun ka sa isa dun sa tatlo. Nakakahiya!
well, what is a scam first of all?
If i can meet you with people who are recognized by the government as person who earn more than a million in it, scam ba yun?
and also, I can sue you once na nalaman ko kung sino ka because of what you did. my people are working on location and identifying you….but syempre, mabait naman ako so tingnan ko muna next move mo… ^_^

  18. 20 Allen November 6, 2007 at 9:11 am

@the CEO – Learn to spell check first before you go out ranting your heart out. Who gives your the right to sue other people? Do you own the internet that you have the right to sue people if you don’t like what they have written? Oh wait, the right question would be, who the heck are you feeling so almighty?

Did the blog post say that network marketing as a whole is a scam? Please learn to read and COMPREHEND what’s written first before you go conclude with such baseless accusations.

  19. 21 Prudence November 24, 2007 at 9:02 pm

So many people just can’t get into their thick skulls that we’re not saying that their product or their business is illegitimate. We’re saying that their recruitment strategies are questionable.

And yeah, most of these people who troll blogs with negative posts about these MLM companies just don’t know how to spell. ๐Ÿ™‚ And then they’ll say you’re uneducated to understand their strategies? Some of them can’t even construct a good, cohesive paragraph. Haha.

My prediction is that, in the near future, more of these trolls are going to patrol the blogs and “shoot down” those that write negatively about MLM companies.

They can get all high and mighty with “working smart”, “having financial compensations that you wouldn’t get with an ordinary job”, or with being “associated with multinational companies” but I’ll let them have that. I don’t want their brand of “success”.

  20. 22 Maki November 24, 2007 at 10:35 pm

What if right now an Atenean is reading and putting a comment on this blog spammers?

Just stop putting this stupid emoticon ^_^ while you say bad things to the blogger CEO and quit twiddling your thumbs on saying horrible things to that blogger. Why don’t you leave a link or a valid e-mail address if you’re not ashamed of who you are, if you’re “really a CEO” (If I know maraming “executives” sa inyo) etc. Okay?

By the way you comment, it really shows how people like you in your company are desperate enough to harass people. Please read the blogger’s entry thoroughly first. Or if your measly brains can’t do it, try and try to read the entry again.

Wait, what’s the name of your company again?
    Synergy One Global International?

Wait, ano yung address ng company ninyo?
15th floor octagon, san miguel avenue, ortigas pasig city?
    ericsson building ortigas?
    belverde building ortigas?

Ano ba talaga? Why can’t the girl on the ym and you explain this once and for all? All we need is an explanation..not some recruitment scam na parang Dugo-dugo gang at Date Rape ang dating? Why do you guys call during sundays or even that the dead of the night? Why do you guys suddenly just pop out of nowhere in ym like those linkbaiters on porn sites? Why Why?

To Silkenhut: Just ban the IP of this spammer. They just the same..They’re just spam. I know the IPs and google mapped “mac” and “theCEO” users already.

  26. 28 newbluediamond February 6, 2008 at 2:20 pm

im proud to be part of that company because at a very young age, iv helped several youngsters and iv been to different countries like singapore, malaysia, las vegas (for free) because of the trainings that were conducted there.. prior to accepting the opportunity, iv already expcted that its not for everyone.. but then i believe that only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go..

  31. 33 Merian February 20, 2008 at 1:13 pm

Well, i got this call few minutes ago from one Lanie Lopez of Synergy 1 Global Venture. I was asking nature of business and the website but cant name one. hehehe

When i receive unusual calls and emails, i immediately check the net for veracity of the company and here is what i discovered. hehehehe

  32. 34 manoy February 28, 2008 at 12:05 am

last year pa ata when i got involved with this nu skin enterprises.
may friend ako na kasama kaya ako pumayag to see the presentation. aliw yung presentation nila, nakakaloko, lalo na kung di ka magiging aware sa mga tactics nila. i almost got into this if not for my parents. mahirap daw yun, di ako kikita. mas ok pa daw na manlimos, mas hindi pa nakakahiya.

hell, even my younger brother said parang akong bakla nun kung magtitinda ako ng beauty products. that got me good.

  33. 35 jesse March 5, 2008 at 11:14 am

OMG! I also just received a call, but from a friend of mine in college! So naturally, I’d believe him, but I sensed something weird with his job offer. Similar to some of those who shared their experiences with Synergy One, (they have a new name by the way. He told me their company name was Synergy One Ventures) he asked me if i was currently employed in a company. I told him my job application for a hospital is still in process. Then he told me that he was to offer me a job where I could earn around 20-30K a month. He said the job only requires me to appear at their office for only 2-3 hours a
week and the rest is home based. He also said I could still do the job even if I already get hired to the hospital. He also shared the fact that working for this company made him realize that he didn’t need to go abroad to earn big bucks and he even gets to meet rich and successful people in the process. He said that I would enjoy this job because it was related to nursing. I asked him about what the job description was and before I could say anything else to him, he said that he’ll be scheduling me for a “meeting” to tell me more about the job offer. He gave an option when and where to have this “meeting” either at the 26th floor Trafalgar Plaza in Makati on a Wednesday at 6:30 pm or at Ortigas, 15th floor Octagon Center behind SM on a Thursday at the same time. He said I’d be “pre-qualified” on the meeting, so I assumed it was some sort of a job interview as well. After speaking to him over the phone, I recalled on my friend’s job offer and noticed several things that were questionable about it. The mysterious job description, the after office hours (6:30 pm) meeting, the questionable large compensation for a part time job, and the out of the blue phone call at 9:30 pm just to name just a few. I got curious about his company and searched the net and found no official website but only blogs about it’s “unethical” strategies and it’s probabbility of being a scam. So thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences and I hope others will be “smart” about researching about a company first before deciding to be a part of it.

  34. 36 Stephen Tequila March 5, 2008 at 3:49 pm

wow, kung nagkataon Jesse, magkikita tayo dyan. i also received a call about training offers in the company Synergy 1 Global from a college friend. 6:30pm sa 26th flr Trafalgar Plaza this wed. haha.

  35. 37 suzy March 30, 2008 at 4:49 pm

Thanks for posting your comments about this Synergy One here. I’ve been receiving phone calls for the past two weeks from people I havent’ met, inviting me over to their business presentation. The thing is, they are not willing to disclose any details about the nature of work / business over the phone — that sure made me skeptical. All they said was I could earn 15-20K a month, but as to how, they would not tell. Somebody even encouraged me to leave my current job (astig d b?). So here I am, doing research about this company (before accepting their invitation). I’m glad to have found several blogs discussing this. Ive finally come to decision not to entertain these invitations in my head anymore. Thanks! (“,)

    wag ganun!!! hahaha

  37. 39 Jhan April 4, 2008 at 8:11 pm

hey!! i was contacted by that company too.. and i’m just a 3rd year college student… you are right, it was really annoying because she kept on insisting to meet me up there at the octagon building.. telling me that “details will be discussed during the meeting”… ah blah blah, she told me that they got my number because i was recommended by my high school principal?! what the fuck?! and what annoyed me more was the fact that she kept on repeating “the compensation is 20 to 25 thousand per month…only 8 hours a week..” that is a freakin insult.. for all she knows, im earning over three times that much for my part time job.. hehe (just kidding) anyways, that insulted me coz she thought i’d be blinded by money..(coz the amount was considerably large for poor college students such as me) but… duh?! by the way, she told me too that she had students working there from FEU..UST and DLSU… poor souls.. haha i agree with blogging against this type of recruitment.. it is so unprofessional, ordering me to go meet up with her in octagon building.. yeah right.. i know better than that.. i just hope more people can look deeper into that recruitment strategy to… may angels guide over the people working there.. thanks!

“Oh come on! you can get 15k-20k just by selling cosmetics at home? (THE BEST!)”

You can actually do that. Haha. My friend is a distributor. She told me the price of a product i’m interested in. It’s actually 2K. And she’ll get 600 just for that. She’s really earning that much, i can see it.

    Whatever you guys say,

first tignan mo muna kung anung kalagayan mo ngaun
    – kung may trabaho ka ba?

    If meron
    – umaabot ba sa 100K yung sweldo mo?

    Kung 100K nga
    – may time ka pa ba kay LORD (do you still worship on Sundays?) or may time ka pa ba sa pamilya mo?

    – May God give you wisdom and understanding. ๐Ÿ™‚

you’re surely reinventing the wheel. Kaya ka tuloy natitira.

One comment about Lalen – walang personalan. If you’re not interested with the offer then decline agad.

One comment about this blog – Better consult the economists (or other educated people) who could give you facts/analysis,

not people na wala namang alam sa topic pero comment nang comment… – these are people who would just rely on their own knowledge or knowledge they get from unstable resources (internet). People who believes in them do not get the best out of life and end up just like them. God bless you all. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Networking is not for eveyone.
Many people are actually close minded.

Sana lang God will give them enough knowledge and wisdom.

If you’ve read the book by Robert Kiyosaki (a billionaire) and Donald Trump (another billionaire) you will find out that it’s actually good. (considering the company is legitimate)

The Late Night Show with David Letterman interviewed Trump and was asked (by Letterman) what would he do IF his business got bankrupt and he has to start all over again, in which he replied, “I would start a good NETWORKING team”, he actually got a LOT of “boooos” on the audience, then he said WITH CONFIDENCE,

  42. 44 LL June 5, 2008 at 12:51 am

    oh and btw,
I would suggest that you ask someone who is knowledgable on this field (e.g. financial analyst, economist) for FACTS.

Because if you would just TRUST/BELIEVE on some RANDOM BLOG, then it’s definitely not good.

Malay mo you’re already missing a BIG OPPORTUNITY. ๐Ÿ™‚

Marami kasi dito ang comment ng comment tapos WALA palang alam about sa company (looking for FACTS).

I also got a call last Monday June 9. Telling me his name is Dandee de Guzman and works for this multinational company in the US trying to expand their operations here in PH. That he got my contact info from some head hunters and that headed hunter really recommends me, so he told me that i will be earning 30k-40k a month as a part time basis only for the project. He even told me that he is in a hurry so can talk that long on the phone (shempre sa cell sya tumawag so magiging malaki ung bill nya) and just tell me to sms me the address of his office and time of appointment ( **sms message** Hi ——- Good Afternoon. This is Mr Dandee de Guzman. Regarding the appointment for Tuesday, June 10, I will see you at the 15F Octagon Centre, San Miguel Ave, Ortigas, 2:30pm Kindly reply upon receiving this message. Thank You) and ill just reply to confirm that I received his message. So I told my husband about it and he told me to ask for the company name and if that person will not give me a company name. It might be a recruitment scam. I replied to his message asking for the company name and as expected he didnโ€™t replied back. So I had no plan in going there already. Then June 10 2:30 he sent me a sms asking where am i. So I replied that I got this emergency come up and I canโ€™t make it as an alibi. Then he replied back telling me that my notice is really late notice that he has reserved his time for the appointment and also asking me if Iโ€™m real interested in the project. I tried to google the address that he gave me just now since there are some thoughts in my mind that I might have missed a good opportunity by not going to the appointment. And I have read many blogs stating about the same experience. Itโ€™s a good thing that I didnโ€™t go. It will just be a waste of time, effort and money for me if I happened to go. I donโ€™t have any concern on their business, I just donโ€™t like the way they are fooling people just to see their business. If they donโ€™t want people saying that their business is a scam they might as well stop their strategy in recruiting people because only un-educated and un-civilized people do what they are doing. They can be open or honest the first time they talk to people and if people really want to join their business then good enough.

people nowadays refer to internet and some know-it-all friends

thank you guys for posting these stuff. the same thing happened to me. this morning, i got a call from my landline. i thought na-contact nila ako through jobsdb at jobstreet dahil hindi ko na matandaan kung gaano karaming na ang inaaplyan ko dun. tinanong kung may job na raw ako ngayon. sabi ko wala kasi fresh grad pa lang ako. so anyway, meron daw silang project and i was qualified and will be compensated 15-20k. wala masyado details and i’m too nervous to ask kasi its my first phone interview. how i wish hehe. napaka naive ko haha. ganun din kung pwede dw i discuss yung project sa 15th floor Teleperformance Bldg. 6:30 PM. tapos saka ko lang tinanong yung pangalan niya at yung company. may comment pa sa aken kasi sabi niya i sound unprofessional daw sa phone and asked if i was the kind of person na nalalate. hay buhay.

  52. 54 celgie June 28, 2008 at 4:43 pm

Thanks for blogging this! I just got a call from a certain justine saying the same things that you wrote. This time the company’s name is NSE Philippines. They have their office at Ortigas. Now I know. Good thing I’ve researched.

  53. 55 Rolly June 30, 2008 at 10:35 am

Visit my new blog and we will expose all their shit to this world!

  54. 56 Rolly June 30, 2008 at 10:47 am

    @ LL:

Wait wait wait, if you will read Robert Kiyosaki’s RDPD properly, you will notice one thing he said about MLMs and that is CHOOSE THE COMPANY THAT WILL GIVE YOU GOOD TRAINING TO BECOME GOOD ENTREPRENEURS.

If you say YES, then I can’t wait to see you in the evening news in court being sued by those you DECEIVED with the training you got from your company!

And don’t tell me that being rich entails DECEIVING, MISLEADING, LYING and MISREPRESENTING because I became FILTHY RICH without having to DECEIVE, MISREPRESENT, MISLEAD and LIE! And I am richer than all of you assholes there in NSE Philippines SCAM without having to DECEIVE AND MISLEAD anyone.

FYI: I am not part of any MLM company here in the Philippines, I run my own $$$ making business!

  55. 57 Rolly June 30, 2008 at 10:58 am

    @ To_GOD…

  56. 58 Rolly June 30, 2008 at 1:26 pm

@ the CEO: Look, the issue here is not about if NuSkin is a scam or not. NuSkin or NSE or fuckin Synergy is legit.

The issue here is how you guys use deception and misrepresentation to recruit and I am sure it will be the same way how you would be teaching your downlines to do business.

Yes Donald Trump and Kiyosaki is correct, metworking is a good business, in fact, the richest people in the world build networks.

Here is how a symbolic example of how you guys exactly sell:

“I would like to offer a bnew Toyota Camry for only 1m”. Then the victim after hearing this got so excited coz where in the world can you buy a bnew camry for 1m! So then the victim meets the sales person and purchases the Camry, but guess what. Yes the shell is that of a Camry but the interior is that of a 1.3 Vios and the engine is a 1300cc Toyota Vios engine fit into that Camry.

Now that is how you guys sell. You misrepresent! You hide the truth! Coz you guys are chicken shit to face rejection once the people learns you are networking!

How would you feel if you were the one who bought that Camry?

Thats how people feel against you guys! You use deception! You mislead people! You are never transparent and I do not think Donald Trump or Kiyosaki uses these business practices to make money!

I am sure if these two learns how you guys do business, they could have slapped the shit out of you guys!

MLM is supposed to train you to be good sales people, and not to be good liars and deceivers!

And dont even think that using deception makes you richer, coz I know this so called “top earner” from NuSkin making $100,000 daw a month but is so proud of his bnew Civic!

Hello!? Civic lang ang kaya for $100k or Php 4.4m per month? A guy working for a bank can easily buy a Civic! Sino kaya binobola niya!? Eh pucha we want to Embassy one time with him at di daw siya makabili ng isang boteng scotch??? 4.4m per month at isang boteng scotch di mabili?

  57. 59 blue July 1, 2008 at 1:09 pm

    Hey Mr. Rolly ShitHole,

What the F*** are you talking about???

That “friend” of yours FLEW FROM DAVAO to MANILA???
e meron naman kaming office sa cebu, YOU ASSHOLE!

O kaya mo lang nasulat dito yang fiction of yours eh,
just to brag about you, helping your imaginary friend by giving her PAMASAHE
from your BARYA (100K+ a month) KAWAWA KA NAMAN.

sya sa business namin, and she could be earning morethan 30K in 3 months
    like most of us.

Next time you pull off something like this shit, make it good.

  58. 60 blue July 1, 2008 at 1:24 pm

    wait wait wait… (lol)

Dun nga pala sa kawawang friend mo (kung totoo man sya), i feel for her.

and nag research. I came across tons negative blogs and forums (mga opinions) ng mga
bigo, walang magawa at mga nagpapa-pansin lang. I became so negative and skeptical.

Pero I decided to do the business and got into the training, and the whole system.
    Naintidihan ko na kasi.

Ikaw may naiintindihan ka ba about sa ganitong business??? O nagmamagaling ka lang?

  59. 61 Rolly July 4, 2008 at 5:32 am

@ blue: So now you are into the business of deceiving people huh!? You are out to victimize, and strengthen the position of your cult!

You just don’t get it, do you? We do not care about the company’s products, or if it is a legit company or not. NO! It is how you asshole members of NuSkin recruits!

I had seen people from FLP, or Amway, or Fern-C recruit, and they never misrepresented nor deceive!

    They are transparent!

They do not mislead! When asked, they say the truth!

    They are not actors!

Nor do they not even use the name of GOD to recruit!

I call them true professionals. Unlike you in NuSkin, you are professional LIARS and DECEIVERS!

Now good luck in your career, but I hope no one falls into your wrath!

Do us a favor will yah, and change the way you guys recruit!

    We would highly appreciate it!

We would praise you or maybe even some of these people may join you if you change your way of recruiting!

Deceiving and misrepresenting is never the way boy!

    Lying is a sin!

Again, we are not against your company, nor your marketing plan.

If you are all trained to be good sales people, why the need to misrepresent or cover-up the truth?

Why fuckin use the word “professional” in order to deceive?

Get it into your own fuckin head boy!

You ain’t gonna make more deceivers and liars!

I made money, loads of money without having to misrepresent! I never mislead investors or my clients into doing business with me. BUT I am rich!

I am not part of any MLM or networking company, but I PRAISE THOSE COMPANIES that teaches good business ethics, and one of it is being TRANSPARENT!

Get that into your head boy!

  60. 62 Rolly July 4, 2008 at 9:41 am

@ blue: If you are confident about your system, why dont you explain it here?

Why don’t you come up with something that explains the business? Why don’t you show us the benefits here instead of being one of them misrepresenting and coming up with BS like “it is hard to explain here and we would rather explain in the office”

If you are confident about your products and your company, why the need to deceive?

Why when people asks you if this is MLM or networking, why say “NO”? When people asks “NuSkin ba ito?”, why fuckin cover and say “what is NuSkin?”

You say that you help people by teaching them to be rich because THEY WILL MAKE YOU RICHER!

So why misrepresent? Why deceive? Why bullshit?

You company has good products, in fact, your body scrub is highly recommended to me and I am giving it a try; BUT WHAT WE DO NOT LIKE IS THE WAY AND MANNER YOU RECRUIT!

If you really want to help people, why don’t you train them the proper way!? Isn’t transparency in business the proper way?

Instead of sending them to the 15th floor of your cult office, why don’t you first probe your prospects by asking what his needs in life are and how your company can help. Then explain in transparency your system, then once interested, invite the person to your seminar!

Understand why we are pissed, understand why you guys have many rants!

If you wanna impress us or the people here, do not be like them. Be transparent and change the way you guys recruit, maybe people would appreciate you more RATHER THAN DEFENDING THAT THE USE OF MISLEADING INFORMATION IS THE PROPER WAY!

  61. 63 chie July 4, 2008 at 3:23 pm

goodness. they’ve changed names again. they’re now known as synergy international. if they got nothing to hide, what’s the need for using aliases and cover-ups? boo.

  62. 64 Rolly July 4, 2008 at 7:14 pm

@ Chie: Exactly my point, but too bad the members just dont get it! They are simply so proud about their deceit and misleading strategies! They are so proud of bullshitting people!

I would be happier if I would get a call from them but would hear “Hi Mr. name, I am (name) from NSE or NuSkin Philippines, and I was referred to you by (referer). I would like to invite you to be a distributor (or however you call their networkers) here at NuSkin, which promises great returns and income. May I ask you what your present job is…” etc etc.

Diba it sounds better? Rather than the bullshit they are saying now.

Now they have a new name, a new name to use for bullshiting! TAE TALAGA!

  63. 66 blue July 8, 2008 at 1:30 pm

edi ikaw gumamit nyang script mo.

  64. 67 red July 16, 2008 at 3:24 pm

Dba? tpos.

  65. 68 0739 July 23, 2008 at 9:49 am

I got an invite too. The details about the job and the company were questionable so I researched about it online.

Eventually, I found this blog. And thanks to the comments of such people who also almost became “victims”, I will cancel my appointment with a certain “Eric Mendoza” tonight.

And I thought it was just gut feel that something was wrong. Indeed, the lack of professionalism in their approach to hiring people, the fact that the compensation was crazy high for a part-time job, the fact that there was no clear description of the job’s nature or the company’s profile, and lastly, the secretive nature of the hiring process are just enough to make me doubt. Now that such opinions have confirmed my fears, I will not waste a single moment with these “scammers”.

  66. 69 blue July 23, 2008 at 1:25 pm

    TEST I: Multiple Choice

    a. Ayaw nyong umasenso ang iba.
    b. Wala kayong magawa sa buhay.
    c. Kulang kayo sa pansin.
    d. Feeling nyo ay marami kayong alam at gusto nyong sumikat.
    e. Mga panget kayo.
    f. Wala kayong friends.
    g. Itinakwil kayo ng mga magulang nyo.
    h. Mga Bobo kayo.
    i. All of the above.

    TEST II: Identification

  67. 70 Allen July 24, 2008 at 10:16 am

@Blue – Based on your replies and comments, I would assume that you are a member of Synergy and had some success with it right? I would assume that you have “earned” back the “investment” you have given to the company right?

Then I would like to suggest that you put that money into good use and enroll in a school where they will teach you how to handle people (public relations). Name-calling and harassing isn’t the best way to convince someone to believe in your words and ideals.

I don’t know if you have read the comments of others because you just don’t get the point of this discussion. Now, for your sake and for the sake of others, it is your RECRUITMENT STRATEGY that makes people skeptical in joining your business.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe that if you join Synergy, part of your payment is for the trainings right? So based on your actions, Mr. Blue, do they train you to resort to name calling and cursing just because they don’t believe you? I’m sure you have heard of the saying that “first impressions last” so I guess for those who are reading this for the first time, would know how the members of Synergy Global International react.

In fact, you are not helping your company at all. You are simply destroying and degrading the name of your company based on your arrogant attitude and pointless accusations.

  68. 71 blue July 24, 2008 at 6:49 pm

Allen Your Highness, First of all, I am not trying to convince any moron resorting to and relying on unstable media for decision-making (decisions that could positively change their lives).

Second, I don’t need sermons from arrogant deceitful samaritans on when and where to use words, that best describe you fags.

Third, We are not looking for investors, and definitely we are not a recruitment agency either. I’m just here to give you fools the message, that you are very deceiving. It’s up to you guys to continue and pull others down and join you in your world of superheroes.

And lastly, YOU DIDN’T ANSWER YOUR QUIZ!!!

So save your useless nag about recruitment strategy blah blah.
I absolutely got your point here – You know nothing. You just want to comment.

  69. 72 Allen July 24, 2008 at 10:04 pm

@Blue – Ok, let us discuss this using your points.

1st – Based from your statement, you are saying that blogs/internet are considered unstable media and morons rely on them. So, what do you consider stable media? The two-hour presentation you show to the people you invite to Octagon 15th floor?

2nd – I don’t need to add anything here. You can name-call all you want if that is what makes you happy and satisfied

3rd – I wonder how you consider what is deceiving or not. Your members promise an income 15k-20k selling cosmetics at home (refer to chatlog above for the source). Also, that member already divulged in the chatlog that you earn by selling and RECRUITING. Well, here is a challenge for you; let us say, I know nothing about this Synergy Global International. How would you approach me and irk my interest to join? Let us see how you do it oh great one.

4th – Who cares about your one-sided quiz?

5th – And yet another arrogant statement. I guess it must feel lonely that you have to exalt yourself while telling others they know nothing. Face it, just because people don’t believe what you say, you are going to bash them. And yes, I wanted to comment because I noticed this discussion is going nowhere.

They, Red and Rolly, just wanted to point out how the OTHER MEMBERS lie to their friends by promising them money incentives just to show them a video presentation in 15th floor Octagaon Building. But you can’t accept it because it destroys the image of your company as a whole. Well, if you want people to believe, then change the way your MEMBERS try to ask people to join.

    • 73 yurih June 22, 2010 at 2:04 pm

      to rolly:

hi, i really understand your point and i cant blame you about your blogs.somewhat, what you’re saying is true. the company and products of nuskin are really’s just that, “other” member doesnt care the right ethics of doing the business.btw, im a member and am not saying im too great in doing this business, i also have flaws.i read all the blogs here and i was hurt honestly.but then again, as i mentioned, i cant blame’s your prerogative to have these blog spot.i do respect not also against of any side here.just want to share also my point of view.if i may suggest, pls dont post your general impression to the members of nuskin.some are doing it right, some are not.let’s just be fair.

      to all posting blogs here:
just try to respect each other’s opinions.remember, no one wins in an still stays as argument.

to all people who doesnt seen the business yet:
if i may suggest, just keep an open mind.see the details first.maybe you just had that wrong call from a member of nuskin.honestly, this opportunity is not for all.if you received this invitation, try to check it out first.anyway, we dont really convince people here and there’s nothing to lose.if you’re not interested, decline it the end of the day, it’s still your decision that we respect.

guys, be cool..walang nananalo sa mainit na usapan..nauuwi lang sa batuhan ng masasamang salita..jsut be fair..cheers to all!!!

  70. 74 blue July 26, 2008 at 11:43 pm

Allen, my child. I don’t know if you know what Internet is all about. But for the sake of your education, and for others too… I consider the internet an unstable media based from the fact that you can find information on almost any subject there. Information that seldom leads to the truth.

Nowadays, almost anyone, from anywhere in the globe can publish a website about senseless things. Anyone can start a weblog or forums that talk about their being heroes and samaritans. Anyone can comment on something they know so little about (o ayan, hindi na nothing).

The chatlog above could’ve been written by some shitface fool. My dog can even compose a more convincing dialog than that (but of course, many people already beleived and got trapped in this mindset you hopeless jerks are circulating).

There are legitimate and trustworthy websites of course. But often people didn’t know how to reach them. Using search engines like google and yahoo, people are bombarded with tons of links/URLs to God knows what kind of websites.

Now, do you really wanna trust everything you see on the net?
Let me know if you need more of these info. i’d be glad to send you my book, “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Internet Browsing”.

Next, – If you really know what you are talking about, you would’ve written 30-45 minutes, instead of 2 hours. You wanna see the presentation? I believe seeing that for yourself could help in a more realistic and credible comments.

If you really want to change the way those folks invite, go ahead and tell them yourself. Who knows who or where they are, or if they are really part of our business at all. If in any case these people are really bad in their inviting, does that mean to you that that’s what people will get in the business? That this business opportunity is all about lie? Why do you keep people from really knowing the truth?

You don’t want others to know about this opportunity? You want people to believe you instead of what’s being presented there? Are you that great? What the f*** are you talking about???

Is this what you morons are trying to say?

“Ahh hey, hey, some people in that business are assholes! You should not take a look at that business! You could become assholes too! Be one of us! We are great, we don’t need business! We don’t know what that business is about! And we don’t care!”

Oh, I get it. You people are nice. You just wanna help, right? Nice way of helping huh. Giving warning about being successful.

You’re right, this is going nowhere.

    Nice talking to you, Allen.

Blog? Sa halip na sa mga opinions ng mga hopeless, Bakit hindi nalang dun sa SIGURADO? like sa website ng company o di kaya’y sa NYSE, or sa DTI or sa SupplementWatch, or sa Dun & Bradstreet.. at sa marami pang ligitimate na source.

Isa pa, di na kailangan ng blog about this wonderful opportunity.

Puro mura at insulto? Heller!

San Miguel Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City. im still undecided coz my friends told me its a scam, plus knowing many people had the same experience as mine, i think ill cancel the appointment.

    hey guys.

Was just reading your blog. And I must say the argument between both sides has become very much heated.

To give you guys an idea. I WAS A NUSKIN DISTRIBUTOR. I reached the level of a Ruby Executive. To those who are/were NSE members, you guys would know that what I will say holds much weight compared to just passers-by.

So, coming from someone from the inside who just saw the light, I just would like to say that leaving that company was the best decision I made. All that company has are empty promises (like the BIGPLANET lie!), unfulfilled expectations/goals, and overpriced products!

They may say quite a lot of people became successful. Maybe. But there exists MORE statistics of people who not only lost their shirts, but their esteem, their relationships with their loved ones, and even their lives (of course rhetorically speaking).

Let me go straight to the point why I joined this blog. It is about the much contested point about DECEPTION.

FACT: They train people different techniques in inviting guests to see the business. They train people to withold as much information and even tweak the truth just to create curiosity. They train you how to manipulate conversations by throwing your questions back at you.

    1. YOU: “Is this Networking”
THEM: “What do you mean by networking?”
    YOU: “You know…blah blah blah..”
THEM: “No, its bigger than that.”

(Take note they already replied with a NO)

    2. YOU: “Is this Networking”
THEM: “What do you mean by networking?”
    YOU: “You know…blah blah blah..”
THEM: “No, we are not a recruiting agency.

    3. You: Is this NUSKIN
    Them: No, this is Pharmanex.

My opinion about the above point is this: There is nothing wrong in using techniques to create curiosity. BUT, if the person would resort to an outright lie or even embellish the truth, then that not only becomes is IMMORAL. And many people in the Synergy One are in this category (immoral).

By the way guys…the person you are dealing with, this blue, or this CEO… He is the founder of the Synergy One. It is obvious in how he talks. Or if it is not him, then gosh they all talk like him!!! Now that’s duplication!

Well. Thank you for all your comments. I also got a call this night (6:30pm) from synergy international inc based in US.. when i heard that, I was interested coz its international, my phone was rang i got a call from a girl name kim, and she ask me “Yes hello Im looking for Ms. Chel Magallanes? (not my real name) I was shocked why she called me Chel Magallanes instead of rochelle Magallanes coz my real name on my resume i’ve submit is Rochelle Magallanes, and she asked me if Im employed for now, i said NO. She ask what course have you take? I said nursing, are you an RN? I said no,not yet and then she had an offer for a part time job. she ask me, if im interested? I said yes. coz Im desperate to have a job again. Then she ask my location sabi ko I came from laguna. then sabi nya so ano daw ba ang mas malapit sa kin ORTIGAS, MAKATI or LIPA CITY? sabi ko Lipa kasi 1 hour lang biyahe from our house to lipa, pero gusto ko sana ok lang din na ortigas then di ko na nasabi kasi ambilis nya mag salita. Then she gave to me an address to me for the interview/Appointment tomorrow sunday February 13, 2011 the address is in Hotel ni mang jose, along ayala balintawak lipa city, then please proceed to ISABELA FUNCTION HALL at 1pm, then please bring an I.D. please come for an office attire, at nakalimutan nya yun resume. dito na ko nagduda, kasi sa lahat ng inaaplyan ko resume ang di nalilimutan ng employer. at nagduda pa ko sa sinabing I know naman that you’re professional at maliwanag yun usapan natin na pupunta ka. so ayun nagbbye na sya then sabi nya I’ll see you tomorrow sunday please come on time coz we are very strict on time sabi ko OKAY. nagduda ako kasi Sunday? may iniinterview ba ng ganun? ang alam ko walang office hours ng sunday at alam ko na restday ng mga HR nun at buti na lang Im smart and I tried to check there company profile on internet and thanks to google coz nakita ko yun comments nyo about sa company na to. Super thanks hindi ako sisipot sa appointment namin tommorow. hahaha. Good Luck Miss kim Sandoval

thanks to this….I received a call and was invited to be there in Ortigas, same time as what written on the chat.

  85. 89 malou17 May 28, 2011 at 4:58 pm

all i can say i’d still go for this business because its great and even i read many negative comments, well that’s business. Just an example, what if someone will say this is a direct-selling company or this is networking, then you think you will go for that one. The answer is NO!!! And that’s the reason your not saying every details of it. I hope you get it..but if you dont get it..then its okay..its not my problem after all..

  86. 90 malou17 May 28, 2011 at 5:06 pm

Addition to that comment is that they just invite you to listen, for them to explain it further the opportunity. They’re not forcing you to join, its your decision. So that’s it.
